THE ORGANISATIONS OF THE
EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:
Capuchin Education
Board: As and when need arrived the schools were started but the schools
were some functioning without the written rules and regulations. As the
schools are expanding and increasing in number a felt need was arrived to
put down in the paper the rules to run the day school activities daily. To
run the school efficiently and effectively the Capuchin Board was
appointed. The provincial minister being the president of the board, the
principal, managers and treasurer are the board members. Thus boar d
functions in an effective way.
a. Board meetings:
the board meeting were regularly conducted with all most cent percent
attendance of the members. If today the school ministry is stream lined
this is the proof of functioning of the board.
b. The Statues:
the board was felt that the rules and regulations is must to have
transparency in the administration and animation of the schools. The
statues were prepared and put into practice the day which were approved by
the provincial and the definitory
c. Service Rule:
as the institutions were growing the numbers of employees too on the
increase. Unless and until have the guiding principle it is tidicious to
run the institutions. To keep this in mind for the smooth functioning of
the institutions and to give a status to the employees the service rules
were prepared according to the education act of Karnataka Government.
