3. Sneha Jyothi Vidyalaya,
Pothnal, Raichur:
We
had begun a school
in 2004
so as to cater to the needs of the poorest
of the poor. The academic year 2009 -2010 the school has reached standard
Vth (Fifth). The purpose and motivation of our service can be easily
grasped from the motto of the school: "Come in to learn and go out to
serve." the school admit without foreseeing the caste, creed and class.
Though the school has very less strength the school gives more or less 50
percent concession in fees, uniform and tuition fees. The school can
pickup strength provided we have a proper person for the proper job. The
school has a infrastructure and a factious ground to develop the talents
of the school children.
STATISTICS:
The school has reached to 5th standard. All together there are 150
students.
These are coming from around Pothnal and from far distance like 24 k.m.
few of them are
accommodated in the boarding. So much so we have enrolled
around 55 children who are not capable to
pay the fees. To train these little children besides the
principle we have dedicated 7 staff members.
